If you hit max aspd with LGAs then in almost all cases the LGAs are superior end of.
The exception would be at 15 str to 28 str. That is total str AFTER buffs AFTER jewels etc.
I.e. no practical situation favours dual Bswords+10 over LGAs+10.
Even at ultimate LGAs and BSwords, the str has to be exceptionally low for Bswords to win.
In str build i have found you can do considerably better with LGAs than Bloodys at master/hero, even if you have to add some dex and pierce wind cards to achieve an optimal aspd to atk rate balance. (though aspd is only a worry if you intend to level without GT for an extended time)
LGA one hand Bsword other is not better, its just a suitable compromise. I did at one point think it better but its simply not. It is however convenient.
Other factors are how expensive bloodys are to ultimate vs LGAs. (k this has changed a bit since sun moons are most of the price but still the difference is there)
Ulti LGA outstrips +10 bloody in every situation where same aspd is attained.
Furthermore awakens now allow for aspd all over the place. Get aspd that way if you think you REALLY need it. (Im considering an alt cs set for aspd awakens
Also Axe/Sword combo might be a lot worse than some people think. But i'm not telling anyone why
Ill experiment when i am next on to see if my theory is true. But i still wont tell anyone anyways that damn jons calc useful tho it maybe has gone and given too much knowledge to everyone and anyone in the game. But there are areas of blades it is inaccurate/presumptuous in.
